I love every Brandon's book and all his new ideas - so just because i'm biased i was compelled to give it 5 stars but then after rethinking a bit i decided 3 is more closer what i felt after finishing it .

This book was on one hand a great page turner on the other a page skipper ...for me.
I admit i skipped many pages that was filled with boring ceremonial or fighting scenes.

Soulless has a fresh and new view on the vampire/werewolf world ,so it did keep me intrigued to read it through but... it has not enough heart and soul to make me read the next book as well.
it was good,a real page turner,a mystery,magic,a bit of romance,and i never ever felt bored .I am now looking forward for the next part:) Luckily it is published already so no need to wait :)
