Beautiful Creatures

I remember reading  Beautiful Creatures some time ago, just before i spilled water over my Kindle(which destroyed it) and by the time i got my new Kindle it somehow happens that i totally forgot about this series.
I read my paperbacks in between my 2 e-book devices and later ,i just got overwhelmed with my to-read virtual shelve and this beautiful book lay somewhere behind, sorrowfully forgotten.

Then suddenly the movie came out and i remembered all about it.(Didn't like the movie not near as the book).
So now i think its time i get back on the track with the next sequel .There are 4 Beautiful Creatures Novels :
  1. Beautiful Creatures,
  2. Beautiful Darkness,
  3. Beautiful Chaos
  4.  Beautiful Redemption.
I loved the book very much,i gave it 4 stars on Goodreads and a short review:

Read from April 26 to 28, 2012
It was good,a real page turner,a mystery, magic,a bit of romance, and i never ever felt bored .I am now looking forward for the next part:) Luckily it is published already so no need to wait :)

Synopsis   (from the authors website)
Ethan Wate is haunted by dreams of a girl he’s never met. When Lena Duchannes moves into his small southern town of Gatlin County, Ethan is inexplicably drawn to her. And he is determined to uncover the strange connection between them, even if it means uncovering the one secret that could change everything.

“Give this to fans of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight (Little, Brown, 2005) or HBO’s ‘True Blood’ series, and they will devour all 600-plus pages of this teen Gothic romance.”

  1. Spilling water on Kindle * shudders* Such a horror story, I think I would go crazy without my Kindle, I think I would have to go to extreme measures and steal one from my friends. LOL :D
Scary stories aside, I'm not sure I will read 'Beautiful Creatures' since I was not 'Twilight' fan either, I am not sure if I will like this book, but I am glad that you are enjoying the series. :)

  3. Hi Una!

I found your blog through goodreads.com, so I wanted to stop by and say hello! I am now following you!

I have not had the pleasure of reading the Beautiful Creatures series yet but I've heard really great things about it. Maybe I will have to move it up on my to-read pile :)

Anyway, feel free to stop by my blog sometime. I am always looking for new friends and followers!

    Best Wishes,
